Short page yes. I originally had plans for much more to happen but realized I had written too much for one page to handle and had to split it. This is the more informative (less exciting, sorry) of the two resulting pages. The next page is back to jokes and Mr. L being ridiculous and evil and so on. This page is for you readers to learn Daisy's reason for staying, and for Daisy to learn why Boo is working for L, and to establish that Boo and Daisy are on the same side united by a common foe, --I couldn't seem to write around it, it just needed to happen so SORRY if it was boring.

I must ashamedly admit, I haven't played these games nearly as much as one should to write whole comics about them :blush: It's not for lack of interest though, I just don't have a Wii (I'm a PC gamer) I played the original Luigi's mansion on Game Cube back in the day and I've never played the paper mario game mr. L is from. So yeah, I'll admit, I'm a bit of a poser here, pretending to know more about these games than I do.I loved Mario games growing up, and I love the design style of the mario characters, so I am a fan, just less as a player and more as an observer and an artist I guess?

Yeah, sorry about the long wait. Lately I've been having guilt about putting so many hours into this individual project, when I have so many others in mind. So I have been working on other things. I'm pleased you're so excited about it though :)

Kind of on the fence with it right now. I know how I would end it, and I started drawing the next part. But lately I've been having guilt about putting so many hours into this individual project, when I have so many others in mind. Plus I'm an animator, and I always need to be animating new things for my reel. The animation I do at work tends to be on the cheep and simple side, and if I ever wanted to get a job on a TV show or something, I pretty much have to practice the more advanced kind of animation on my own. So I'm a bit stressed about that right now, but I feel like if I take the time to make a few animations now, I can relax to draw a comic without guilt. I'm actually not job hunting right now at all, so I don't know why it's bothering me this much. But yeah, that's what I'm up to and why the long break.
